TicketRoyality Terms and Conditions of Purchase
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your use of the TicketRoyality website (https://ticketroyality.com) and any subdomains (collectively, the “Site”). They outline your legal rights and responsibilities, TicketRoyality’s rights and responsibilities, and key information required by law.
- Introduction
1.1 TicketRoyality, operated by JNN GLOBAL LTD, sells tickets and associated products (“Tickets”) to live events and experiences (“Events”) on behalf of event organizers and partners (“Event Partners”). TicketRoyality also facilitates a fan-to-fan ticket exchange service for “Resale Tickets.” These Terms do not apply to Resale Tickets, which have separate terms.
1.2 TicketRoyality may sell different types of Tickets or packages that include additional products and services (collectively referred to as “goods”).
1.3 TicketRoyality vets Event Partners to ensure quality service and official access to Events but is not responsible for the delivery or quality of products/services provided by Event Partners.
1.4 Tickets are made available based on allocations from Event Partners. Availability may vary by event.
1.5 Seating maps are for guidance only and may change without notice.
1.6 By purchasing Tickets, you agree to these Terms, TicketRoyality’s Website Terms of Use, any additional terms, and the Event Partner’s terms.
1.7 Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase except as outlined in these Terms.
- Your TicketRoyality Account
2.1 To purchase Tickets, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or of legal capacity in your country.
- Create a password-protected account with accurate personal information.
2.2 You are responsible for the security of your account and must not share your login information.
2.3 If purchasing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2.4 Your personal data will be handled per TicketRoyality’s Privacy Policy.
2.5 Multiple accounts for circumventing Terms are prohibited.
2.6 TicketRoyality may terminate your account or cancel orders for abusive behavior, fraud, or legal orders.
2.7 You may close your account anytime, but it won’t affect pending orders.
- Privacy and Personal Information
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with TicketRoyality’s Privacy Policy.
- Ordering from TicketRoyality
4.1 To place an order, select the product, enter personal details and payment information, and submit your order.
4.2 A confirmation email will acknowledge your order. If there are issues, TicketRoyality will contact you within 2 Business Days.
4.3 TicketRoyality may reject an order for various reasons, including unavailability or payment issues.
4.4 An order is accepted and a contract is formed when you receive a confirmation email from TicketRoyality.
4.5 You must be 18 or older and have a valid credit/debit card to make a purchase.
4.6 Additional attendee details may be required for certain events, and failure to provide this information may result in a non-refundable Ticket.
- Prices and Payment
5.1 TicketRoyality manages payment transactions.
5.2 Prices may vary based on currency and additional charges (e.g., VAT, service charges).
5.3 TicketRoyality accepts major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods.
5.4 Payments are processed securely, but TicketRoyality is not responsible for unauthorized access to your payment information.
5.5 If payment is not received and you have received goods, you must pay within 10 days.
5.6 Errors in pricing will be communicated, and you may confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
5.7 Dynamic Pricing may apply, causing Ticket prices to fluctuate based on market demand.
- Delivery
6.1 Tickets may be dispatched physically or made available for collection. E-tickets may be issued as well.
6.2 Identification may be required for delivery.
6.3 Dispatch timing depends on when TicketRoyality receives the Tickets from Event Partners.
6.4 In case of delivery issues, TicketRoyality will provide revised delivery dates.
6.5 Delivery occurs when Tickets are sent to your provided address or collected at a designated point.
- Information about Your Tickets
7.1 Tickets are a revocable license and may be withdrawn, with refunds provided under certain conditions.
7.2 Replacement Tickets may not be issued for lost or stolen Tickets without an administration fee.
7.3 Contact Event Partners for accessibility requirements.
- Ticket Restrictions
8.1 TicketRoyality may limit Ticket purchases per person and can cancel excessive orders.
8.2 Tickets may have entry restrictions or age limits.
8.3 Reselling or transferring Tickets may be prohibited.
8.4 Tickets cannot be used for advertising or commercial purposes without permission.
8.5 Event start times may change, and Ticket Partners can alter event programs without obligation to refund.
- Rights Regarding Event Cancellations and Alterations
9.1 Events have cancellation policies that will be communicated.
9.2 If an event is canceled or rescheduled, TicketRoyality will notify you when possible.
9.3 Refunds for canceled events will include the Sale Price but not service or administration fees.
9.4 Rescheduled events may require the original Tickets to be valid for the new date.
- Rights of Cancellation of Hospitality Goods
10.1 Tickets and certain goods cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase.
10.2 Excluded Goods include travel, customized products, and digital downloads.
10.3 You may cancel certain Hospitality Goods within specified deadlines.
10.4 Returns must be sent back promptly.
- End of Contract
Ending these Terms does not affect any outstanding obligations owed to TicketRoyality.
- Limit on TicketRoyality’s Responsibility
12.1 TicketRoyality is not liable for unforeseeable losses or losses not caused by their breach.
12.2 TicketRoyality’s liability is limited to the price paid for goods.
12.3 Liability for death or personal injury cannot be excluded.
- Disputes and Governing Law
13.1 TicketRoyality aims to resolve disputes efficiently.
13.2 If unresolved, TicketRoyality will provide information on alternative dispute resolution.
13.3 English and Welsh law governs these Terms.
- Third Party Rights
No one other than a party to these Terms has rights to enforce any term.
