About the Presenter: Mandy McDermott
Mandy McDermott brings 18 years of educational experience to this training. With a dual degree in both regular and special education, she has taught in various educational settings including private, public, and non-profit institutions. As the Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator at TN Voices, Mandy combines her passion for community service with her expertise in education and child development. She is dedicated to training caregivers and educators in Pyramid Model Practices, fostering powerful and lasting change. Outside of her professional life, Mandy is a wife and mother to two school-age boys, and she enjoys singing and movie nights with her family.
