Join us for the EMPOWER-PCOS Public Engagement and Involvement Workshop, where your voice matters! This event is designed for individuals aged 16 and over who have been diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). We invite you to share your feedback to help shape and improve the relevance and impact of our research plans and activities.
Agenda:
- 12:00 – 12:30: Lunch
- 12:30 – 13:00: Welcome & Introduction
- 13:00 – 14:30: Overview of EMPOWER-PCOS
Discover the details of our study, learn about the tests and processes we are planning, and engage with our team during a Q&A session. - 14:30 – 15:00: Tea/Coffee Break
- 15:00 – 17:00: Workshop
Participate in a hands-on feedback session where you will review our study materials. Your insights will help us improve clarity and effectiveness, and you’ll also brainstorm ideas on encouraging women to engage with PCOS research. - 17:00: End of event
As a token of our appreciation for your time and input, participants will receive a £100 reimbursement. This workshop provides a unique opportunity to learn about the latest PCOS research from leading scientists while directly influencing future projects.
